Establishment and Milestones (2012)
Founded in 2012, our company has been dedicated to providing comprehensive marine environmental survey services. Our scope of work includes long-term oceanographic and meteorological monitoring, marine ecological assessments, and coastal bathymetric and topographic surveys. Over the years, we have achieved outstanding results across these domains.
Our professional team is composed of top-tier talents with academic backgrounds in marine-related disciplines. With years of hands-on experience in marine field investigations, our staff possess the technical expertise and operational efficiency to carry out a wide range of marine baseline surveys.
In addition to field operations, we also offer expert environmental consulting services tailored to marine monitoring and offshore engineering projects, helping clients meet regulatory and sustainability requirements with practical and science-based recommendations.

Fleet Expansion (2020)
To meet the growing demand for offshore operations and marine survey work, we began expanding our fleet in 2020 by acquiring and retrofitting three small to medium-sized fishing vessels. Each vessel underwent a full overhaul, including upgrades to structural components and onboard systems, transforming them into modern survey platforms optimized for Taiwan’s coastal waters.
To date, our fleet has successfully completed over 200 offshore missions.
We have also established a shipboard safety management system in accordance with commercial vessel standards, managed by trained personnel to ensure all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Accreditation and Professional Certification (2021–2023)
In 2021, our laboratory was officially accredited by the Environmental Analysis Laboratory of Taiwan's Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), receiving Certification No. 188. This certification authorizes us to conduct professional environmental monitoring of seawater, effluents, and groundwater quality.
In 2023, we achieved further recognition through accreditation by the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) as a certified testing and inspection body. This expanded our service capabilities across a wider range of environmental domains, enabling us to deliver more integrated and customized solutions to meet diverse client needs.
